How about them #Goals?!
Hey
Here we are for part two of my resolutions and goal setting
Now that I've examined what's important and what I am willing to sacrifice we are at my actual goals phase. This is what is a little different. I mentioned One Little Word (#OLW) on the last post. My understanding is, people have decided to take one word that will describe how they want to be the next year (or whatever timeframe, for those who don't believe in resolutions.)
I definitely decided to go the #OLW route. Fortunately, I have been listening to a crap-ton of podcasts and Audible books about self-improvement so it's becoming less second nature to think positively. However, my one little word came from a negative thing, that has consistently been an issue in my success thus far. I almost chose consistent for my #OLW but I dug a little deeper and had my “Voila!” moment.
Every last idea that I've had, that has been started but not finished has been overcome by my lack of focus. Therefore, I decided to apply this to each of the projects I've been working on and to every aspect of my life. I did not add any new goals this year, but I have focused on developing them. I have taken each big goal and instead of thinking of it as one goal, I think of it as the end point and walk myself through each phase from seedling to tree.

Basically, there really is no secret to this phase of my goal setting. The goal is to finish by eliminating the white noise in my life. I didn't want to overwhelm you all in one post AND I wanted to come back with some more info on this post. So I am going to link some information that helped me get to this point in developing my thought process.
